How to cook Napoleon without baking

On weekends, you want to pamper your loved ones with something delicious. But at the same time I want to pamper myself - rest! How to solve this dilemma? A compromise will do. Prepare Napoleon cake according to this recipe. It turns out incredibly tasty and at the same time it will require a minimum of time from you.

Ingredients:


For cakes - 450 g puff pastry - ears.
For cream:

  • 0.5 l milk,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 st. granulated sugar,
  • 3 tbsp flour
  •  100 g butter.

Cooking

We cook cream. While the milk is heated over low heat, beat the eggs, sugar and flour. While constantly stirring the warm milk, gradually add the whipped mass. Cook the cream over low heat and stir constantly. When it starts to thicken, add soft butter, also in small parts. When it begins to boil, this indicates that the cream is ready. Turn off the fire and let cool.
Put the cookies on a dish in one layer, fill the empty spaces with broken cookies. Pour generously on top and place the cream with a spoon. Another layer of cookies and cream. And so it should turn out 4 layers. Rub the sides with the remaining cream, sprinkle the top and sides with cookie crumbs. Put in the fridge overnight and eat in the morning.
