And this is not about salads with mayonnaise and alcohol.
Several years ago, during the New Year holidays, I conducted an experiment on myself.
The only thing I changed on my schedule is bedtime.
I went to bed deep after midnight.
And the first thing I got was lethargy, poor concentration and other unpleasant things that would definitely affect my performance if I hadn't been on the weekend.
Don't want to have breakfast? So you stay up late!
And yet - my morning appetite has completely disappeared.
I have never denied myself breakfast in my life.
In the morning, although the grass does not grow, I always ate. And suddenly - the absolute impossibility of shoving at least something edible into oneself.
And breakfast, as you know, is the most important meal of the day.
There is no health without a normal breakfast, a beautiful figure, good mood and normal performance.
Well, at least in adulthood.
But as soon as I restored the regime (I go to bed no later than 23 hours), everything immediately returned to normal.
Therefore, do not try to conquer nature. Follow the principles of normal physiology of a healthy person.
And for those who are trying to stuff their children with food in the morning, good advice - pay attention to what time they go to bed. Perhaps they should just be driven to sleep early.
Three easy ways to keep fit during the holidays
