There was a proposal to consider a nebulizer a safe means of delivering drugs to the very depths of our soul.
I cannot agree with this. I repeat not once or twice that a nebulizer is an unsafe delivery device.
I read such a comparison that a nebulizer like a syringe only delivers the medicine to the right place and does not harm in any way. Then I have a reasonable question for you, do you keep your syringe in a cabinet in the kitchen and then wash it under the tap?
That's just the point. A nebulizer, just like a syringe, drives medicine to where our body is not waiting for it. That is why the medicine works. Together with such a medicine, you can bring dirt into the very depths of our body, from which you can get sick.
Just as a dirty syringe can lead to blood poisoning, a dirty nebulizer can lead to pneumonia.
Moreover, our lungs can get sick not only from microbes that fly deep into the bronchi, but even from debris of microbes that simply tease our immunity. If the immune system causes inflammation of the lungs under the influence not of microbes, but only of debris, then we will still suffer greatly from this.
That is why inhalation through a nebulizer is not prescribed to everyone in a row. If you have a choice, it is better to use a metered-dose inhaler in a spray can or a powder inhaler. It's just that not everyone can do it. Someone is too weak and cannot breathe from a balloon, and someone else is too young and does not understand anything. Here they are prescribed a nebulizer.
