A girl from Transcarpathia will become the youngest mother in Ukraine: she should give birth at the end of the year. The expectant mother hides the name of the child's father, because he faces up to 15 years in prison
The problem of early pregnancy and childbirth is quite acute in Ukraine. According to the Ministry of Health, 5,700 girls aged 15 to 17 became mothers last year. There are also younger women in labor: between the ages of 12 and 14, more than a hundred girls were born in 2020. This year Biana from Transcarpathia can break all records: now she is 11 years old, and she is almost in demolition. According to the forecasts of doctors, the girl should give birth in early December.
Got pregnant while working
The youngest pregnant woman in Ukraine was reported on his Facebook page by journalist Mikhail Papish. The girl lives in one of the Roma settlements in the village of Gat, Beregovsky district, Transcarpathian region. She was recently discharged from the hospital, where she was at risk of premature birth. Now, according to doctors, the condition of the future mother is stable.
The preliminary date of birth is set at the end of November or the beginning of December. However, due to the fact that the girl has not yet formed the pelvic-muscular system, she will be given cesarean section. She was able to get pregnant due to early puberty: in medicine, there are cases when girls at this age already release eggs ready for fertilization.

Who is the father of the child, even Biana's parents cannot say. According to her mother, the girl met a guy in Kiev when the whole family went there to work. Biana herself says that she does not know the age, surname, or place of residence of her sexual partner. If so, then the guy is incredibly lucky, because for seducing minors, according to Ukrainian law, you can go to prison for a term of 10 to 15 years (Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The police have already launched an investigation into this case. However, there is not much good in this, because all the questions about the reason for the pregnancy of the girl will be asked to her parents. On their initiative, the expectant mother dropped out of school and went to Kiev. And she got pregnant because of an oversight or, as it sounds in Art. 166 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, willful failure by parents to comply with the obligations of caring for children established by law.
If this is proven, Biana's parents face imprisonment for a term of 2 to 5 years. Who will then raise two children - both the woman in labor and her baby, is not clear. Biana's mom says that she is preparing to take this responsibility upon herself. After all, the expectant mother will need to go to school: because of the "Kiev adventures" she did not even finish the 6th grade.
The youngest mothers of Ukraine

Until Biana gave birth, Nadezhda Gnatyuk from the city of Chemerovtsy in the Khmelnytsky region is considered the youngest mother in Ukraine. In 2004, the girl gave birth to a child from her own father, who raped her at the age of 11. Fortunately, the baby was born healthy, but the parent of the woman in labor was sent to jail. Nadezhda's mother took care of her daughter and grandson. Despite the injury, the girl managed to find love and give birth to her second child from her legal husband.
Another young mother is Tatiana Luchishin from the city of Borislav, Lviv region. She gave birth in 2018, at that time the girl was 12 years old. Tatyana hid the name of the child's father for a long time, pointing out only that this is one of the family members. The police suspected Tanya's stepfather, her half and sibling older brother. However, the DNA tests were negative. Only three years later, the girl admitted that she was seduced by her cousin Ostap.
But the youngest pregnant woman in Ukraine (and, perhaps, in the world) is considered to be six-year-old Liza Pantueva from Kharkov. This story is almost 100 years old, but it is still shocking. In 1934, the baby was raped by her own grandfather, a retired seafarer who looked after Lisa while her parents were at work. Due to some genetic characteristics, the girl's uterus at this age was already formed, and she managed to bear the baby. True, in the process of childbirth, the child died: the umbilical cord came off. Childbirth footage is stored at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kharkov Medical University.
