I still didn't understand what stream they were telling me about, so I watched about four minutes from Anchi Baranova's hair loss stream. She's talking to someone there. These four minutes were enough for me.
Ancha proposed her classification of the reasons for hair loss from three points:
- High testosterone
- Lack of vitamins and minerals (zinc and selenium)
- Microthrombi everywhere, including in the scalp
In fact, there are many more reasons for hair loss, but a lack of vitamins with trace elements or microthrombi are not attributed to the causes of hair loss.
Ancha appears to be promoting dietary supplements with zinc, selenium and nattokinase.
Zinc with selenium is generally past the checkout, and nattokinase is far-fetched. Well, that is, nattokinase is also an additive, which is credited with the properties of reducing the very microthrombosis, which in fact does not exist. That is, there is no reason for this, and there is no nattokinase. There is nothing.
In any other case, one could fantasize about microthrombosis, which is, but which no one sees. But in the case of baldness, it turns out funny, because for this disease there is such a diagnostic method as dermatoscopy. This is when a dermatologist looks at the scalp through a magnifying glass and checks the blood vessels. Vessels there branch in different ways, expand, twist and grow. But no thrombosis is visible there. If there were thrombosis, they would be seen. But they are not. The problem came out. Someone's fantasy played out.
That is, take any other topic in medicine, and you can argue endlessly about microthrombosis. Because no one looks into microscopic vessels. Well, maybe only ophthalmologists look at the fundus. And dermatologists also examine the vessels in the scalp. If they saw blood clots there, they would run and show everyone these pictures. But they don't run. So why compose?
Then Ancha said that with covid there is autoimmune alopecia areata.
And again, past the box office, because usually alopecia areata is not associated with covid. Alopecia areata lives by itself, and covid also lives by itself.
With covid, the hair usually thinns diffusely. This is a separate type of alopecia, and we have already discussed it.
Then Ancha offered to do a head massage for two hours a day to strengthen the hair. Like, the blood flow there will improve.
Here I have two objections. Firstly, you will use this massage to door the rest of your hair. Secondly, if there are blood clots, then why massage them? If the blood clots are massaged, then there are more of them. This is the law of nature. Or does Ancha want to disperse blood clots in other places? As John McClain said in the famous film: "The circus on tour!"
In short, if earlier Ancha Baranova drew scientific theory to her American supplement store by the ears, now she just comes up with it on the go. People gobble up.
