These cheese buns are baked in just 15 minutes. What you need for breakfast. And they also turn out to be very soft, and you can experiment with the filling inside. Catch the recipe!
Ingredients
- Flour - 350 g
- Baking powder - 10 g
- Butter (cold) - 80 g
- Cheddar cheese - 50 g
- Parmesan cheese - 50 g
- Russian cheese - 50 g
- Green onions (chopped) - 10 g
- Kefir (or yogurt) - 250 g
- Mozzarella (filling) - 50 g
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large container, mix: flour, baking powder and add chopped cold butter.
Stir in crumbs so that all the butter is mixed with flour and pour in kefir. Knead a tight dough.
Add green onions, dry garlic (optional) and all the grated cheese, except for the mozzarella.
Roll out the dough and form washers, add a piece of mozzarella inside each, connect the edges.
We put in the oven for 15-20 minutes and bake at 180 degrees. A delicious and healthy breakfast is ready. Bon Appetit!
