14 foods you shouldn't eat after age 30: Blacklist

The list was made on the portal Eat This, Not That. Let's see what, in their opinion, should be abandoned.

1. Flavored yoghurts. As far as I understand, I mean yoghurts with fruit additives. They are very high in sugar, in fact, this is the same dessert as ice cream and cakes, and not at all a healthy breakfast.

2. Sweet soda. There is exploredand Ithat it is sugary drinks that are the main cause of massive obesity in the American population.

By the way, now more than 70 percent of Americans are overweight. Overall obesity in the United States tripled from the 1960s and has doubled since the 1980s.

There are also dyes in soda, to which there may be questions about carcinogenicity.

3. Crispy meat. It is a little unclear here what is meant - is it a batter or just a crispy crust. But in any case, both are harmful: any "roastiness" is a sign of advanced glycation products (AGEs), one of the main factors of aging. About them I wrote in detail here.

As for the batter, these are additional calories and excess fat.

4. Bacon. It is difficult to imagine that a person watching their health can regularly consume bacon, especially fried bacon. 100 g of toasted bacon contains more than 97 thousand units of CNG, and the body can process about 15 thousand per day without damage. And this limit is barely enough for ordinary activities.

4. Soy sauce. This is an excess of salt and, alas, often dyes.

5. Cheese sauce. Salt, fat, glycation end products. Cheese itself is a very healthy product, of course, in small quantities. But processed cheese is already off-scale CNG.

6. Salami and hot dogs. In addition to the obvious fat and salt, you should not eat all kinds of sausages because of the nitrates added to the minced meat. They are added there, an infection, for example, clostridia (botulism), did not stick to the meat. Nitrates protect us, but, reacting with proteins, they form those very ominous AGEs.

7. Crisps. These are salt, sugar, flour, starch, a lot of flavor enhancers, flavorings, emulsifiers. These are only fast-digesting carbohydrates, high glycemic index, high glycemic load and, accordingly, increased insulin levels, which does not bode well.

8. Margarine. Salt, KNG.

9. White bread. In fact, bread is very useful, it must be eaten. But the rolls are confectionery. Still, it is better to rest on rye bread.

10. Products containing pesticides. Who would argue.

11. Iced coffee as well as caffeinated ice cream. Coffee by itself very useful product. But I cannot approve of drinking too cold a drink at any age.

This leads to contrast hypothermia of the mucous membranes of the oropharynx and the digestive tract, which is fraught with exacerbations of diseases.

Once in the stomach, the ice drink causes it to temporarily block the production of enzymes and gastric juice. Proteins (proteins) of food will not be digested. And this is disastrous.

Plus spasms of the biliary tract - and these are problems with the digestion of fats. And in general - at least problems with constipation.

As for ice cream, I generally believe that milk adults do not need to use.

12. Vegetarian burgers. If you like fake bunny, eat this from time to time. But completely switch to vegetarianism - this is mistake.

13. Canned fruits. Sugar, preservatives. It is an unimportant substitute for regular seasonal fruits.

14. Alcoholic cocktails and beer. On the Internet you can find before and after photos of people who have stopped drinking alcohol. Extra calories from sweet ingredients are also added right there. And beer can generally be called liquid bread. Here's more details.

What can you say about this list in general?

In principle, these products should not be in the daily diet of a healthy person, regardless of age. Only from time to time and realizing that they are not useful.
