The only fives in Ukraine celebrated their first anniversary. How a family lives without a father and who helps a mother to cope with so many children
Five years ago, the Ukrainian Book of Records was replenished with an amazing achievement. Oksana Kobeletskaya from Odessa gave birth to five babies at once, three boys and two girls. This is the first and only case of birth of fives in the country, but the event was not happy for everyone. Dad with many children could not stand the responsibility and left the family when the kids were not even a year old. The heroine mother has deprived her husband of parental rights and is raising children alone. Blogging, sponsorship and caring people help her in this.
Oksana's pregnancy was a surprise for the family: at that time, their daughter was already growing up, and the spouses had not yet planned a second child. However, they decided to leave the baby, and a few months later they received a new surprise: an ultrasound scan showed that not one, but as many as five babies are developing in my mother's tummy. Despite the shock, Oksana firmly decided to report the pregnancy, and coped with this task perfectly. Children were born at 31 weeks with a weight of 1.2 to 1.8 kg.

The family suddenly became large, and the case of the birth of five babies was recorded in the Ukrainian Book of Records. In honor of this event, the parents received from the state a five-room apartment and financial support. But this did not save the married life: the father could not stand the stress. He packed his things and left home, leaving his wife and six children.
The court ordered the spouse pay alimony - not so much, only 760 UAH per month for each of the six common children. However, the man decided to get away from this responsibility: he quit his official job and registered himself with a 3rd disability group. According to Oksana, for four years now, the father has not visited the children and has not shown any interest in them. Therefore, she decided to finally deprive him of parental rights, and last year she achieved her goal through the courts.

The first time after the departure of her husband, the woman was incredibly difficult. She was torn between working in the city executive committee and raising children, gradually slipping into depression. The happy event was the decision to start a blog on Instagram. Oksana posted photos of babies there and told how she copes with the status of a single mother with many children.

Over time, the blog turned out to be not just an outlet - it began to gain popularity and even bring income to Oksana. As soon as she got more than 100 thousand. subscribers (and now there are already 180 thousand), sponsors and advertisers have appeared. A mother of many children has become famous blogger, and now actively maintains this status. She is constantly invited to participate in various programs and shows, and almost the whole country is closely following the life of the fives.

Not without criticism: many accuse Oksana of promoting her own children and using them for personal earnings. However, the woman tries not to pay attention to angry and envious comments, because she has no other way to provide her mini kindergarten. In addition, with her active position, she shows other mothers that they should not give up - even if life has driven you into a corner, you can find a way out of any situation.

Oksana brings up her children alone, and does not use the services of nannies and assistants. Moreover, the woman took on “male” responsibilities: she learned to drive a minibus, re-pasted the wallpaper in the children's room, and can easily make minor household repairs. At the same time, she manages to be positive 24/7 so that the children do not feel a lack of attention. The kids respond to this with unconditional love, and they dream of growing up as strong and purposeful as their mother.
