After 25 minutes, add a tablespoon of flax and then cook the porridge for another 20 minutes.

Second course. This cauliflower porridge.
To prepare it, you will need to peel the cauliflower from the stalk, and then grind it with a blender. Next, put the mass in a saucepan, then add a small amount of water (10 milliliters), a couple of drops of lemon juice and a small amount of salt. We cook this dish for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, add greens and onions fried in olive oil.
This completes the cauliflower porridge.
Third course. This is pumpkin corn porridge.
First, we will need to grind the pumpkin with a grater. Next, put the mass in a saucepan, add a small amount of water, as well as 50 milliliters of low-fat milk. Simmer for about 30 minutes, and then add a few tablespoons of corn grits. Cooking for another 20 minutes. Then add natural honey and mix everything. Corn porridge with pumpkin is ready.
Now let's move on to the menu:
Breakfast. Start your day with flax and carrot porridge (200-250 grams). It will not only saturate the body well, but also contribute to its gentle cleansing. Also serve a couple of loaves and a cup of black coffee.
Snack. Eat one small green apple.
Dinner. You can cook boiled breast in the amount of 150 grams, and also serve it with cauliflower porridge.
