There is always some kind of harmful chemistry around us. It can be more or less poisonous. All kinds of dioxins and similar things. There is such a thing as a "dirty dozen". This is a set of chemicals that, for various reasons, ended up in the environment, but are not destroyed. They are very resilient. Our body cannot digest them quickly. They like to dissolve in fats and get stuck in our adipose tissue. They say that this muck can be removed from us for ten years. Or longer.

Generally, the accumulation of chemicals in adipose tissue is considered such a defense mechanism. That is, fat absorbs what could poison our brain.

This is on the one hand. On the other hand, toxins accumulated in adipose tissue can gradually be released into the bloodstream and slowly poison us.

Usually, toxins are released from adipose tissue during weight loss. The fat is digested, and all the filth from the empty fat cells is poured into the blood.

You don't even need to lose weight to do this. Sometimes, just the usual daily swings from satiety to hunger can markedly increase the level of toxins in the blood.

It turns out that our fat at the same time protects us and can poison us for a long time.

In nature, this muck gradually rises up the food chain. The larger animal eats every little thing that contains toxins. And accumulates them.

What to do?

There are fewer toxins. Then they won't build up in your fatty tissue.

The funny thing is that we eat them together with the fat. Cut fat from meat and opt for low-fat dairy products. Is it logical?
