I haven't talked about the arrangement of our new home for a long time. Now we are busy with the bedroom. The renovation of the room was almost finished, it was the turn to buy furniture. My husband and I like IKEA, I like the furniture design there, and my husband enjoys assembling :) All the parts fit together, everything is smooth and precise, it's like a LEGO constructor, when every part fits perfectly to another. A perfectionist's dream!

IKEA is also good in that you can touch, touch and even test everything. I hate ordering furniture from catalogs, you come to the store, and they shove you a magazine. I do not want to look at pictures, I want to sit on the couch, lie on the bed, see with my own eyes the wardrobe that I am planning to buy.

In general, we chose a bed and a mattress. Before buying, we tested it, lay down and everything seemed to be comfortable, we decided to take a hard one, for some reason we thought that this would be more useful for the back.

In the end, they put everything together and realized that this mattress does not fit this bed at all. We specially chose a bed with deep drawers, we realized that this is far from the most elegant option, but practical. There are many things, but the place is small. You need a well-thought-out storage system so that you have somewhere to put everything, but at the same time not clutter up the space with huge cabinets.

The drawers turned out to be very roomy, but because of their depth, the bed turns out to be so high, and then a thick mattress was added. In general, it turned out to be a throne :)

And on top of that, the mattress was too hard for us. We slept for a week and finally realized that they had made the wrong choice. We were very upset, the price is far from cheap, but I didn't want to suffer on an uncomfortable bed either.

We went to Ikea to see other options and the consultant explained to us that our mattress has a special offer: within 90 days from the date of purchase, it can be exchanged for another model! The store gives 90 days of testing to see if they sleep well on a new mattress, pillow or blanket.

On the same day, they chose another, in 15 minutes in the IKEA Service department they issued an exchange (it turns out that it could be done and on the phone and even I would not have to go anywhere) and the next day they took the old one from us and brought a new one mattress.

But there is a charge for return shipping. You can bring it free of charge on your own or order delivery from them. It so happened that the new mattress turned out to be two thousand rubles cheaper than the previous one, so we did not pay for the delivery, we made a recalculation.

And now we sleep sweetly and rejoice. This mattress was perfect for us. The fact that the company provides an opportunity to test products for a comfortable sleep for two months is very cool in my opinion.
