Red foods

The flavonoids in these products fight free radicals, prevent the destruction of cell membranes, which delays the aging of the body as a whole and the appearance of wrinkles on the face. Vitamin C is also involved in the anti-aging process - without it, collagen is not produced. Lycopene in red foods normalizes blood composition, and anthocyanins help keep blood pressure under control and reduce the risk of heart disease. Anthocyanins also have anti-inflammatory effects and can therefore help those suffering from gout and arthritis.

Blue

Contains pterostilbene. It lowers the level of "bad" cholesterol in the body, improves liver function and optimizes lipid metabolism. Thus, the likelihood of the formation of atherosclerotic plaques, which are responsible for the development of heart failure, pressure surges, heart attack and stroke, is reduced. Plus, blue food contains a lot of phyto-enzymes, which improves digestion.

Blue

There is a lot of zinc in blue products: it is important for the maturation of sperm and the synthesis of sex hormones, and therefore is indispensable for those planning a pregnancy, for high libido and potency. Zinc is able to neutralize ethanol, so foods with it should be at the feast: they will help reduce the scale of a hangover. Zinc is also suitable for the prevention of acne.

Orange

Rich in chlorophyll, isothiocyanates and sulforaphane. They have antibacterial and antifungal effects, and therefore increase the body's defenses. Lutein and ziazanthin have beneficial effects on vision. B vitamins and magnesium are indispensable in the transmission of nerve impulses, the quality of which determines the mental abilities of a person and the state of the central nervous system. With their use, insomnia goes away, and the degree of mood increases markedly.
