Researchers at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the United States have found a relationship between a person's eye color and their chances of contracting certain ailments. They published their findings in a medical journal.

During the experiment, they found out that people who have dark brown and black eyes there are predispositions:
  • to blood problems,
  • chronic lung disease
  • metabolic diseases.

At the same time, they have a lower chance of developing skin or eye cancer because the pigment protects them from harmful UV light. Also, people with this eye color have a lower pain threshold.

And if you have green eyes, then you can be proud of the protection against depression and the high pain threshold.

As for people with blue eyes, they have increased sensitivity to ultraviolet light (do not walking in the sun without goggles in summer) and there is a craving for alcohol that can turn addiction.
