This dish contains everything that is extremely healthy for a child: cottage cheese, vegetables and meat. It turns out tasty and satisfying. And most importantly, it prepares very quickly. What you need for breakfast

Ingredients: meat - 200 g, sweet pepper - 3 pcs., carrots - 1 pc., onion - 1 pc., milk - 1/3 tbsp., cottage cheese - 100 g, eggs - 2 pcs., herbs - 1 bunch, hard cheese - 300 g, salt and spices to taste.

Cooking method: Lightly fry finely chopped onion and grated carrots in oil. Boil the meat, cool it and cut it into small pieces (you can do this beforehand in the evening, so as not to waste time in the morning). Wash the pepper, peel and cut into as small cubes as possible. Grind cottage cheese with salt and spices, then add chopped greens. Beat eggs with milk until smooth.

In a mold greased with vegetable or butter, lay out the ingredients in layers: meat, cottage cheese, pepper, egg filling. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. We reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and leave in the oven until it is completely melted.
