The first thing I thought about when I entered this spa: we found ourselves in Thailand)

Recently my husband gave me a surprise and asked me out on a date at the spa. "7 Colors". The salon is considered one of the best in Moscow, I will tell you in more detail how everything really is there and whether it really corresponds to the rave reviews from the network.
At the reception we were met by a nice girl-administrator, who asked to fill out a medical questionnaire, the masters must be sure that we have no contraindications to the procedures. Then she suggested choosing treats and aromatic oils for massage.
The place turned out to be not only very atmospheric and cozy, but also with a stunning view. The salon is located on the 40th floor in one of the Moscow City skyscrapers. A breathtaking view of the beautiful Moscow opens up from a bird's eye view.
But to get to the salon you need to go through a whole quest:
- Get a pass on the first floor;
- Then find the elevators;
- Then order an elevator by attaching a pass to a special sensor;
- To stand in line for this elevator, we stood for 10 minutes and already finally climb to the 40th floor.
The glass, of course, is beautiful, but it turned out that the queues for the elevators are one of the main problems of the City. We were warned about this in advance and asked to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the session, so the queues at the elevators did not spoil the pleasant experience)
We got there, filled out the questionnaires, chose the treats and went to relax. We had a three-hour program called: Romantic meeting Luxury:
- Washing feet in water with milk and rose petals, and then foot massage mmm... after such a massage the feet are like new);
- Scrubbing the whole body;
- Thai oil massage;
- And 30 minutes of relaxation, delicious food and enjoying the panoramic view.
We had two masseurs, one girl worked with her husband, the other with me. Only certified masters from Thailand work in "7 Colors" and do the really correct massage. They do not iron, but work out all the zones.
I sit at the computer all day and my body and back periodically beg for mercy. And here such happiness!) After the scrub, the body became silk, and after the master worked every cell, I as if it had become new :) The body came to life, the clamps and swelling were gone, and even the face freshened up, it was as if the mask was removed from it and with an iron walked)
After all the procedures, the girls brought fragrant tea and silently left.
After tea, fruit smoothies, nuts and various snacks were waiting for us (everything was included in the cost of the procedure)
I really liked the salon, everything is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, a high-quality massage. The next day, the muscles ached, as after a very intense workout in the gym, and the whole body was noticeably tightened. Still, sometimes it is necessary to stop your run and devote time to each other. We decided to arrange such dates for ourselves more often :)
