Let's allow ourselves to be ourselves. Not being perfect. Be different from the instagram picture. Yes, sometimes it’s pictures, not reality. Life is one, and it depends only on you whether you will be notorious and unhappy, or allow yourself more.
How much depends on self-acceptance and charisma. We all have a friend who is far from the standard, but at the same time is just damn attractive and attracts attention like a magnet. Isn't it?
Thin legs
This complex is familiar to me too. Once upon a time, I can't even remember how much, I spent the whole summer in closed pants because of the thinness of my legs. I remember that then I had only one summer pants and a few jeans - and while my peers were running around in shorts, I was really sweating in jeans. Because I absolutely didn’t like my legs of a match.
Thinness is different. We have different physiques, proportions, and the shape of our bones. Someone is more model thinness, someone is very asthenic and unhealthy. And I was always interested in one question - why is it indecent to say at a meeting "how fat you are", but "you are not blown away by the wind / your husband does not feed you / you will very soon become a transparent norm" for many?
If you have very thin legs and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, be sure to accept them. Love yourself!
Ankle that is too narrow or wide
You have to be able to find fault with yourself even in such moments. Ankle. I don’t remember at all that I once turned my attention to this moment, looking at someone. Well, narrow, well, wide - this is more about a feature of the structure, something about some kind of drawback.
However, how many women of different ages are preoccupied with their "not so" ankles! Some people do not like the large difference between the calf and the thin ankle. Others are complex due to the fact that there is no such difference, the leg is wide even in the narrowest place. Both those and those consider it their duty to hide their legs. And if the dress code does not allow this, if at work, for example, a skirt is required, they experience moral discomfort.
They dream of beautiful dresses, but cannot afford them. Because of one such contrived complex. Girls, girls, women! Walk down the street today and see, we are surrounded by completely different people with different characteristics. And many do not care at all about any reasons for complexes. Dresses are not only worn by girls with perfect legs.

Cellulite
This is probably the most obvious complex and you knew for sure that it would be on this list when you opened my article. Cellulite isn't just for those who are overweight. Those who move little and play sports. Can't resist Mac, KFS or pizza. Women with proper nutrition and drinking regime, with high activity, with a good hormonal background also have cellulite. And that's okay.

A few words also about stretch marks on the body or legs. Many women hate their body due to stretch marks. Honestly, such self-loathing deserves the attention of psychologists. Moreover, because of stretch marks. I am very glad that the topic is being understood more and more often, that their presence is not considered to be something defective, because it really is!
White legs with blue
The legs always tan worse and longer than the top. Many girls with fair skin, with the arrival of warmth, are embarrassed to wear shorts or a dress because of the "blue legs". Oh, yeah, this complex is also familiar to me firsthand. It turns out to be some kind of vicious circle. You are embarrassed to bare your legs, you hide them because they are pale. And they are pale because you hide them. Which exit?
Now, by the way, I don't sunbathe at all. The sun is contraindicated for me and I am very glad that I love my fair skin. However, sometimes I want to slightly gold it for a change. For this, self-tanners have long been invented. For a couple of years, I was saved by drops from Clarence, which are now very difficult to find (or not at all?). I would recommend trying the St. Moriz, not publicity, so to speak. But it gives just such a noticeable tanning effect.
The main thing is to apply it be sure to use their mittens. The area of application should be well scrubbed the day before. I have one more trick - before applying the mousse I apply a nourishing cream to my skinespecially on dry areas. And after half an hour somewhere mousse. So it does not come down in stripes and spots. I apply it at night, it can paint the bed linen! So I sleep in my pajamas. If anything, it is washed off with a bang. In the morning I take a shower and everything is fine.
