Should I drink lemon water?

But all you need is nothing - maybe half a lemon a day maximum.

I don't drink it at all. As my regular readers already know, sugary drinks named the leading cause of obesity in America. They are delicious and addictive very quickly due to the available sugars. In the heat, you can get addicted to them very quickly.
