Recently my husband and I moved to a new building. And so far we live in Spartan conditions, from furniture only a sofa, three chairs and a temporary kitchen from Leroy Merlin.
We are in no hurry to buy furniture, we want everything to be deliberately and in the same style. And not like it was with our first house: we bought a bed, but there wasn’t enough money for a wardrobe, we bought a dining table, but the chairs remained old, and as a result we got a hodgepodge.
With special trepidation, I think over how everything will be with us and decided to start with aroma design. Smells play a special role for me and my husband. The house should smell of coziness, prosperity, flowers, and also the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee should be heard from the kitchen.
I chose the fragrances for the home from the Kaori store brand. The diffusers there are not cheap at all, but I reviewed and smelled a lot of things and I liked them the most. The smells are magical, but at the same time they are not chemically sugary and the saturation can be adjusted for yourself.
I put one diffuser in the hallway, the other in the bedroom.
For the hallway I chose the CAROLINA refill and now at the entrance we are greeted by the aroma of sweet cappuccino and spring flowers. The composition is rich, enveloping and versatile. It is impossible to single out any one note, everything sounds harmonious and unified, I cannot say that this is a light aroma, but I can say that it is gorgeous!
For the bedroom I chose an airy composition of fresh citrus and delicate jasmine. I love the idea of zoning spaces with scents. The bedroom should smell something gentle and soothing, and the living room should smell refreshing and invigorating.
The living room serves as our study, so everything should be set up there for a working mood and creativity)
And my most favorite purchase is Salty Water interior perfume, based on the legendary fragrance from Jo Malone.
I spray it on the curtains, the only sofa and revel in the gentle salty sea, the warm rays of the sun and the soothing sage. Divine aroma, summer, light, unobtrusive, with hints of magic.
