3. Lie on your back and bend your knees. Then spread your legs to the sides, taking the "frog pose" lying. Place your hands behind your head and start lifting the body. After 20 of these exercises, you need to get on all fours and bend your back up. In this case, as you exhale, you should draw in your stomach as much as possible and hold your breath for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 5 times and start over.

4. Lie on your back. Lean on your elbows. Raise your legs off the ground and start doing the scissors exercise. When you can train and feel after some time lightness in this exercise, then you can connect your hands. Perform arm and leg swings, making support only on the buttocks. The whole body will work in this exercise!

Remember that if you are feeling unwell, then you should not do classes that day. You must take exercise seriously. If you have back diseases or inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, then you should not even use the above technique. To begin with, you should cure all diseases, and only then deal with your appearance.
