Spring
After securing the ball between the legs, place the child on it (the feet should be completely flat). If he can stand confidently, hold hands, if not - under the armpits. To the very little ones, we show how to bend and unbend the legs. Do it 10 times.
Snake
Grasping the child by the arms, we pull him up a little - he will, as it were, pull himself up in his arms. The angle of rise is as in the photo.

Bouncing
Fix the ball between your knees and put the child on it, let it jump on the butt. We hold the kids by the armpits, the older kids by the arms.

Wiggle
From this position, we put the child back on the ball. We hold the very little ones by the body, the children over six months - by the hands, clasping their hands. We roll back and forth - this perfectly relieves muscle hypertonicity. We do not pull. The smaller the child, the smaller the swinging amplitude.

Tummy massage
IP - as in the photo. Hold the smallest ones by the body. Spring at first, and then roll the ball back and forth or in a circle. It helps to cope with colic well.

Cars
We just let the crumbs touch the floor with our fingers and roll the ball back, and let the older children stand on their hands a little (then push the legs, and let the children stomp forward on the handles).
Frog
The child wraps his hands around the ball, and you hold it, as in the photo. We roll the ball from ourselves to ourselves, bending and unbending the leg. If the baby is very straining his legs, you can shake them gently. Good development of the hip joints.
