It's no secret that age leaves its mark on a woman's appearance.. Alas, over the years we are losing harmony, ease of gait, splendor of hair. We get wrinkles. There are, of course, exceptions. And I sincerely envy women who remain slim and light until old age.
I myself belong to the standard majority. Until the age of 40, I could eat anything and in any quantity - and did not get better. And after forty, whoever pressed the magic button - and away we go! + 10kg, +5 more, then another…. And here you are - hello, double chin!
When I turned 50, I realized that the problem was not overweight, but hormones.. Everyone knows that as soon as menopause comes, miracles begin to work with the body. I stopped liking myself and the mirror. And she was scared that her husband too. He, of course, didn’t show it, but who knows?
So I decided to take care of myself.
Firstlyreconsider your diet. Figuratively speaking, go from buns to cucumbers.
Secondly, I made myself a fashionable short haircut and this "killed three birds with one stone":
• Such a haircut is youthful and visually tightens the face
• Easier to make various masks to strengthen hair
• With short hair it is easier to go to the pool where I signed up.
Thirdly, I revised my wardrobe, bought a few new things. I paid special attention to the shaping underwear. I also bought a pair of nice knitted sets (breeches + T-shirt) to replace the shapeless dressing gown with them.
And you know, all the measures I took were not in vain. My husband said that I was younger! And at the same time he himself somehow pulled himself up. Apparently scared of possible competition!
