What to cook for a student for breakfast: glazed curd cheese

Ingredients:

360 g - dry cottage cheese 0% fat 
100 g icing sugar
120 g - melted butter 
vanilla sugar - 1 tsp l.
For glaze:
60 g - dark chocolate 
30 g butter

Cooking method:

  1. Grind sugar into powder.
  2. Rub the curd through a sieve or beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Beat the melted butter with a mixer.
  4. Then mix butter with cottage cheese, add powdered sugar.
  5. Add vanillin.
  6. Prepare 16x16 cm square candy wrappers from food foil.
  7. Form curds. Two packs of cottage cheese should make about 8 cheese curds.
  8. Place the curds on the foil and wrap them like candy. Then place them in the freezer to dry slightly.
  9. Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the butter in it.
  10. Remove the curd snacks from the freezer and dip them in the chocolate icing. Put them back in the refrigerator for a few hours, or better overnight.
