I am a realist and cannot dream.
I'm used to doing: when I really want something, I can't even think about something else, it burns, itching, I need it. Then I perform a series of actions (necessary, and sometimes not quite), and they bring the result. More often positive.
But I get everything I want through hard work, through a huge expenditure of energy. When the goal is achieved and the dream is fulfilled, the strength for joy is no longer left, more often I feel empty.
But with my friend Christina, everything is completely different... Easily and playfully, she fulfills her plans. As if hiding a goldfish in an aquarium. Once, over a glass of tea, I began to pester her with questions.
- What do you do differently, why do your dreams come true so easily? Do you dance naked on the full moon? :) Are you brewing a potion? :) Or do you have a fairy Godmother? :)
- Oksan, you will always jump on your horse and galloped off with your sword!
And with us, the girls, everything is arranged differently. When we live and work not from a state of pleasure and harmony, but because we have to, the female energy dies down. Without inspiration and self-care, the strength for the coveted result is no longer left. Entangled in a lot of plans and millions of responsibilities, many women do not notice that they are pushing themselves to the second plan and begin to live in masculine energies (rolling up their sleeves and armed with a saber), and there they are not far from burnout. Wasn't that what you just told me about?“In order not to get bogged down in multitasking and everyday life, I fill my life with little joys and rituals:
I arrange a spa day, and on the weekend I invite the long-awaited guests and set the table beautifully (for me this is a separate type of meditation). Or I go shopping online, because the usual storming of shopping centers has been exhausting me lately. And I also go to a group dance training - to remove clamps and tension!
Everything I want (even if it seems unreal and does not depend on me at all) I write down in my notebook or phone notes. Moreover, in a special way - as if I have it or has already happened to me. Be sure to put emotions in the text.
So I once, even before the pandemic, "conjured" myself the Alps. About six months before the trip, which was not even in the plans, I drew: “I go up to the Alps, covering the distance step by step. And there is no better understanding that the goal has been achieved, and the snow caps of the mountains, which were far in the clouds, now they are before our eyes. "
And then everything spun so that it is still hard to believe - friends at one point packed their bags, moved to Switzerland for permanent residence, and, well, invited me to visit. Together we organized that very memorable trip to the mountains.
Now my notes read: “I am in Neuschwanstein Castle - in the Sleeping Beauty's chambers. I freeze with delight! " Again I look forward to the fulfillment of my personal miracles (and the opening of borders, of course)!
Reverse rendering
You've probably heard about wish cards, and for many, they certainly work.
My way is even easier: I formulate one desire (it can be global, for example, buying an apartment). For the next 10 days, every night I visualize my dream in reverse. That is, I move from the final goal and go through events in the process of achieving it. For example, on the first day, I visualize that I am sitting in a new apartment and drinking tea in a cozy kitchen. On the second day, in maximum detail, in detail, I imagine how I translate things and put them in their places. On the third day - my thoughts are at the final stage of renovation... And so on until the very moment when I leafed through the ads for the sale of real estate.
I love to dream, and then with special pleasure put a tick in front of fulfilled desires and challenge myself - what else from the unrealizable I need to get? "
Soooo... visualization in reverse order is very interesting. I went mentally to drink tea in the new kitchen and send the correct requests to the Heavenly Chancellery :)
Do you have your own secrets that help you make your dreams come true? I would be glad if you share in the comments :)
Sincerely, Oksana
