In the summer, zucchini in the markets and supermarkets of our country is full of zucchini, while their price is just a penny. That is why recipes from this wonderful vegetable are so relevant.

At home, zucchini has been used in cooking for thousands of years, and there it was considered a gift from the gods. In Europe, he also became popular, but his story is rather paradoxical.

So, how to cook a dish of zucchini in order to forget about the taste of meat and other not very healthy products for a long time?

What we need:

1. Actually the zucchini themselves.

2. Cereals.

3. Corn starch.

4. Eggs.

5. Pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation

We prepare vegetables - wash and dry, remove the tails. Three zucchini on a grater, put it in a bowl, add chopped green onions there. We add eggs and salt.

Mix thoroughly, and then pour the flakes (700 gr. zucchini - 100 gr. flakes). You also need to add cornstarch. Opponents of this product may now begin to resent this product, but without it, in the end, the cutlets will simply float.

Mix everything thoroughly again, everything can be started to fry.

It is best to cook zucchini cutlets in a stone-marble frying pan. The cutlets are best shaped with a spoon, but you can also use your hands. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Oddly enough, they can be served both cold and hot with sour cream. For some reason I like the first option, but it's just a matter of taste.
