Sons receive intelligence from their mothers, which she in turn received from her dad (that is, your grandfather), which means that if you are a man, your intelligence is the legacy of your grandfather. And your grandfather, in turn, inherited intelligence from his mother, that is, your pro-grandmother, and so on.
2. Dad's mental abilities are passed on only to daughters, and then only half, or even less. Therefore, if you are a woman and your dad is smart, this does not guarantee that your IQ will go off scale. But, if your dad is smart and you have a son, with a 99% probability your dad's intelligence will be passed on to your son, that is, his grandson. It also works with stupidity, if your dad is not gifted with mental abilities, you will get exactly half of his mind, but if your son is born, he will get it in full!
3. The good news is that stupidity is not passed on from dad to sons. That is, if you are a man and (sorry) an idiot, your son is lucky and he will not inherit your intelligence. But by the same principle, outstanding mental abilities are not passed from father to son, so even if you are a mega-super-genius, your son will not get even a piece of this genius.
Based on this, an understanding is formed why we never meet 100% of women geniuses and women who are stupid, but there are a lot of genius men, and there are a lot of idiots!
