Red and processed meats increase your risk of bowel cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and more. They have been talking about this for twenty years.

If smoked meats and other sausages actually contain carcinogens, then beef was accused of the fact that cows with a high probability of eating grass with pesticides on the pasture. And it will be harmful to you and me.

For this case, I have already developed really delusional restrictions. Recent Danish nutritional guidelines call for limiting red meat... know why? Because the cows will fart and pollute the atmosphere. Therefore, you and I must eat soybeans and other peas. Okay, huh? We save the planet. Soon they will offer birth control. So that we do not defile the Universe with our breath.

So, just before the pandemic in 2019, a review of nutritionists somehow imperceptibly passed, who calculated the available data and realized that it would not be better without beef and sausages.

Well, that is, they chose cases when people actually limited themselves to red meat and smoked meats for three portions a week, and did not become healthier after that.

They actually had less heart problems, but this decrease was so insignificant that there was no point in bothering with a diet.

It turns out that beef and smoked meats have been rehabilitated.

This scandalous study was conducted recently, its reliability is not very high, but the fact remains. If they do similar research, they will most likely find the same thing.

It is clear that smoked meats contain carcinogens, but this is important for those who gorge themselves on sausages and red meat every day.

And, by the way, for the first time I noticed in a publication that the authors praise not vegans, but omnivorous meat eaters. Meat-eaters also have stronger muscles, and anemia is less common.

In short, we really need meat and other protein. Moreover, to eat away protein norms, it must be present in every meal. Meat, eggs, cottage cheese and legumes should be shoved into every meal.

This is how it is - the truth of life. And all these stories that you feed your tumor with protein is the stupidity of a person on whom no one's life depends. Patients will be fed with protein, they will pour protein mixtures into their stomachs through a tube, because this is the only way to support a weakened body. We can't live without protein.
