Flexible mode is not suitable for baby sleep

Especially for babies, it is important to get enough food during the day, otherwise he will wake up every hour at night due to hunger.

Daytime sleep 

There is such a misconception that if a child is not allowed to sleep during the day, he will rest better at night.

In fact, the opposite happens: if the child does not sleep during the day, then by the evening due to accumulated fatigue he will be agitated and nervous.

Falling asleep in this state is more difficult, and the sleep itself may be shallow, for example, with breaks every 15 minutes.

Children must be physically tired

Another shallow trigger sleep - too little physical activity. Just make sure that most of it falls in the first half of the day. If the child chases and jumps just before bedtime, then it is unlikely that he will be able to quickly put to bed.

It's great if by the evening the brain is not overworked, and the body is tired.

Spend quality time with your kids

Often children do not want to fall asleep quickly because they want to communicate with mom or dad. And this happens because they lacked parental attention during the day. Because of this, some toddlers even get up in the middle of the night and go to their parents' bedroom. Therefore, try to find time during the day for quality time with your child. Let it be half an hour, but without phones, without the need to load a wash at the same time. Focus exclusively on your baby.
