The answer to this question remains open to this day. While many modern nutritionists recommend to reduce the consumption of white bread to a minimum and often enter into your diet rye bread, and, the coarser will grind flour from which it is made, the greater the benefit will body.

Ideally, in my opinion, the bread of peeled flour containing the highest amount of fiber, which in turn turn is the main "feeding" of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, ensuring the maintenance of the immune system person.

However, despite all the obvious advantages, this valuable product has disadvantages and contraindications:

• Do not eat leavened bread, especially prepared with thermophilic yeast. These yeast mainly used in modern production and product produced with them, contributes to intestinal dysbiosis and as a consequence of the development of various diseases. A useful and valuable embodiment is bread made sourdough;

• Do not abuse the people bread, full-bodied. Ideal for them - a whole-grain bread or 2-3 pieces of unleavened bread from wheat flour that can be eaten for breakfast;

• sweet bakery products contribute to the accumulation of gases in the intestine, provoke bloating, as well as tooth decay, especially in children up to three years. Plus lay an excellent foundation for the development of diabetes, especially in people with a predisposition to it.

Summing up, let me emphasize: the pros far outweigh the cons bread. And, then, eat properly cooked bread and stick to measure, and then he will bring you an undeniable advantage. Bon appetit and be healthy!
