Overweight almost always limits clothing choices, preventing women from wearing what they were used to when they wore the smaller size. All this greatly affects self-esteem and gives rise to a lot of complexes. Moreover, when you really want to be fashionable and beautiful. And when you're still quite young ...
Recovered from 68 to 130 kg
Excess weight is plaguing Yana, who wants to please her husband. The woman is in a second marriage in which she became very jealous. When they met her husband, she was much thinner, but over the years from 68 kg, the heroine reached 130 kg, which confidently settled on her figure after the birth of a child.
Yana really wants to be beautiful, but complains that all the clothes that she likes in stores just don't fit on her. All this leads her to despair and lowers her self-esteem. As the presenters noticed, Yana wants to prove to her husband that she is better than all the women who may meet him on the way. To end this suffering and start a new life for a confident woman, the heroine wanted to find a new style that would inspire her to love herself.
Parameters: height - 174 cm, weight - 130 kg, figure - 127/138/137? clothing size - 62-64.
Outfits from the "People's Stylist"
1. White shirt with trousers and plaid vest
Stylists often offer corpulent women vests and sleeveless jackets, which create a layering effect and hide the fullness. In Yana's case, the vest turned out to be a complete failure. She does not mask the fullness, but rather even emphasizes due to the tight fit of the abdomen and a tightly tightened belt. And even a slight asymmetry does not solve the problem.
A free waistcoat without buttons and certainly over a dress would be more suitable for Yana, and not a shirt, which enhances the squareness of the figure.
2. Light blue jacket over a striped top with jeans
A very similar technique, only this time not with a vest, but a jacket. Again, the large size does not sit like a stylish relaxed oversize, but fits snugly to the body.
The upper body looks square and overall the jacket has a very old-fashioned design with these three buttons, patch pockets and a lonely brooch. Neither jeans, nor trendy white sneakers, nor a striped top of the heroine modernize this unfortunate outfit.
3. Wide beige blouse with black leggings
The folk stylist tried to play with the asymmetry and thin fabric of the blouse, which, in theory, should benefit a large woman.
Only now tight leggings (Yana's property) still visually come to the fore, high boots are cut off the leg, shortening it, and the asymmetry in the design of the blouse does not in any way affect the perception of the figure in a positively slimming key.
Transformation from the stylists of "Fashionable Sentence"
Yana didn’t cut her hair, doing a little trimming, straightening and coloring. Alas, the new hairstyle does not color the heroine and looks outdated, because such styling and highlighting were done by girls in the 90s. Moreover, the hairstyle does not benefit the heroine's plump face, which could be achieved with the help of an elongated bang or at least a confident side parting.
1. Red coat with plaid pants
Red is always bold, and a red coat on a plump woman is boldly twofold. The stylists proposed a combination of red, black and white, which always harmonize unmistakably with each other.
The look is balanced by a balanced combination of top and bottom, with a bright coat on top and plaid trousers on the bottom. At the same time, one cannot help but notice that such a dazzling red, especially in a coat as a base a multi-layered outfit, for obese women it is rather not recommended, because it visually enlarges figure.
2. Asymmetric print jacket paired with jeans
This youthful image in the studio was unanimously dubbed the stylists' luck. Denim is really very refreshing for Yana, especially in contrast to the unfortunate blue retro jacket.
An asymmetrical graphic print blurs the fullness (as much as possible), helping to lighten the upper body, which almost always looks overweight in solid color. Jeans with thin stripes cover the upper part of the boots, which this time do not cut off the legs, weighing down the calves.
3. Gold dress with floral kimono coat
For evening wear, stylists often offer adaptations of a Japanese theme. I do not go for both the stylistic solution and the color scheme. She is expressive, but rather modest: not as tiring for the eye as red, not as pale as beige.
A kimono-style coat covers the dress on top, leaving a wide strip in front, which visually stretches the figure vertically, creating the illusion of slimness. Thin fabrics do not overload the figure, as it does when layering clothes. This is exactly what the heroine needs, who is complex because of the fullness.
