When is the best time to eat?

It is advisable to eat sweets before 16:00.

The closer to the evening you consume a harmful product, the more chances that the calories will be spent not on energy, but in extra grams.

What to eat with?

It's great if you eat a salad of vegetables and meat, fish or cheese before dessert. The nutritionist advises the dessert itself to be eaten as a separate snack; you can only add your favorite drink (tea or coffee with a small amount of sugar) to it.

Finally, pay attention to the right sweets, they should have a good composition, filling and not the most nutritious.
