But don't panic ahead of time. It is possible that you are too nervous - and constant stress triggers the headache mechanism.
It's also worth checking to see if you have one of these four habits that result in a headache.
1. Lots of processed meat in the diet
Sausage, sausages and other highly processed meats, in which there is almost no meat, can lead to frequent headaches. It's all about nitrates, which are contained in huge quantities. Also nitrates can lead to vasodilation.
In addition, sausage is officially recognized by the international medical community as a cancer provocateur. It is better to exclude such products from your diet altogether if you care about your health.
2. Skipped meal
If you skip one of the meals, and at the same time drank little water, then the body suffers from a breakdown and dehydration. If at this time you were also immersed in work, then stress and overexertion are added here - as a result, a headache appears.
When you know that you may not be able to have a full lunch, breakfast or dinner, try to take at least a small healthy snack: a bag of dried fruits and nuts, fruit chips, a couple of apples or bananas, diet breads, etc.
3. Incorrect sitting posture
If you slouch while sitting, your neck may spasm, leading to a headache.
The way out is to correct your posture: try to sit upright, go for therapeutic massages, consult a doctor and start doing a set of special exercises.4. Lack of sleep
Headache is directly related to lack of sleep. If you sleep a little, then the pain threshold decreases, the nerves undergo hyperstimulation.
The best way out, of course, is to improve sleep, minimize stress and take care of your nerves.
