10 best ways to get rid of a hangover

If you know that you will have a hangover after the celebration, it is best to prepare for it in advance.

Before you start using alcohol, you should go to the pharmacy and stock up on what tomorrow will help you "rise from the dead." These are sorbents, tablets for headache, 2-3 liters of clean water and at least 1-1.5 liters of salted (or rehydration solution). All this should wait for its fate by your bed in the morning. Here are the basic steps to get rid of a hangover.

1. Drink as much water as possible. During a hangover, the body is extremely dehydrated, you need to drink water even if you don't feel like it. The signal that you are drinking enough fluids will be the urge to urinate more than 1 time per hour. The more water you drink, the faster you flush out toxins and alcohol breakdown products from the body.

2. Take sorbents. A hangover is the same poisoning, and therefore sorbents to combat it will be very useful. It is better to drink modern drugs, rather than activated carbon tablets, because an adult you need to drink at least 10-20 tablets, depending on the weight, and this is not easy to do if you are very not good. One portion of the sorbent can be drunk immediately after the last dose of alcohol consumed, another one - at night. This will ease the morning state a little.

It makes no sense to take sorbent in the middle of a party: it will suck in alcohol, you will get drunk less, but because of this you will drink more than usual. 8. Don't drink coffee. During a hangover, your vivacity from coffee will not increase, only your stomach will ache more and nausea will roll up. Replace coffee with lemon and honey tea. By the way, honey is considered an excellent hangover fighter.

9. Pickle from sauerkraut. It is less salty than cucumber, and therefore will not load the kidneys so much. If you do not have a glass of brine prepared in advance, you can simply eat a portion of sauerkraut.

10. Wine cocktail. Mix 1: 1 white wine and sparkling mineral water. Add some lemon juice, stir and drink in one gulp. This French recipe will help relieve hangover symptoms mildly.
