Smartphone and computer make our eyes tired. A creative way out is to try special eye yoga.
To avoid this, you need to perform special exercises for the eyes at least a couple of times during the day - the so-called yoga for vision. The exercises are not difficult and will not take you much time.
1. Pick one object in the distance. Look at him without blinking for about 20 seconds. Stretch your hand out in front of you with your thumb raised so that it is slightly below the point you were concentrating on before. Move the focus of your gaze from your finger to an object in the distance and back, repeat several times.
2. Close your eyes and move them up, down, left and right. Without opening your eyes, imagine a dial in front of you. Move your eyes from number to number: to 3, 6, 9, 12. Repeat the exercise at least 5 times.
3. Close your eyes for a few seconds, relax. With your eyes closed, draw a zigzag with your eyes, move your eyes from left to right, from top to bottom.4. Blink your eyes quickly for a few seconds, then close them and relax for 20 seconds. With your eyes closed, try to look down as much as possible, up as much as possible, to the left and to the right. Repeat the exercises several times.
