Red caviar can not only be eaten on a butter sandwich. Holidays are a great time to try a new recipe with this delicious and healthy product.
Caviar and avocado cream
Take a ripe, soft avocado, cut and remove the pit. Put the pulp in a blender, beat with 1/2 lime juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Whisk until consistency cream. Place it in small tartlets and place a small spoonful of red caviar on top.Caviar oil
