1. Set yourself a small goal

Okay, you don't feel like scrubbing the floors all over your home or cleaning up your entire closet. But allow yourself to do only as much as you have enough patience: do not wipe dust everywhere - wipe the most noticeable areas, and you yourself will not notice how it is no longer so lazy to continue and bring the matter completely to end.

The more global the task is, the less strength and motivation will be to complete it. It is better to do not everything that is necessary, but still do, than leave a large-scale general cleaning in unfulfilled plans.

2. Just start

It's corny, but sometimes you just need to start, because this is the hardest part. While there is a long discussion in your head with yourself - do you want to do the cleaning or not, why do you only you, why should you spend your day off, etc. - it is quite possible to start without waiting until you are yourself persuade.

3. Think of cleaning as a time for reflection
