Crayons are a safe way to change your image and look creative.

Hair crayons have become popular among children, because they allow you to experiment with hair color, change it often and still not harm them.

There are two forms of hair crayon release - in the form of bars or shaped like eye shadow. Bars are cheaper, they have a wider color palette, they are easier to use for those who do not have much experience in hair coloring.

Shadow crayons are more compact, it is more convenient to take them with you on the road, for example. Flaxseed oil is also often added to them, which protects hair from dryness. But to use crayons-shadows you need a certain skill and experience in coloring.

How to properly dye your child's hair with crayons

1. Pre-wash your hair, dry and comb your hair.

2. Put a cape on your child's shoulders to protect the clothes from crayons.

3. Select a strand of hair that is not wide or thick, as if you were dyeing it. Too much hair in a strand will not paint beautifully and evenly.

4. Wear protective gloves. Use your hand to lightly dampen a section of hair with water.

5. Moisten the block of chalk you will be painting with water.

6. You need to paint from top to bottom, in no case against the growth of hair - this will ruin them.

7. Press the bar against the strand of hair from above, holding it with your thumb, with the rest of your fingers, hold the strand from the back so that the chalk fits snugly against the hair.

8. Pull the strand slightly with your other hand so that it does not sag.

9. Gently and not very quickly run the chalk through your hair, as if you were straightening your hair with an iron.

10. Run the chalk several times if necessary. Then move on to the next strand.

11. Let the colored strands dry. It is worth combing them only with a comb with rare teeth.

12. Please note that the crayon can periodically crumble, so do not wear light-colored clothing.

13. The color is washed off after the first shampooing. But more often than once a week, you should not dye your hair so as not to dry it out.

14. If you use shallow shadows, then the strands should be even thinner and not go beyond the boundaries of the chalk. The strand is clamped with shadows like a collapsed shell, they also need to be guided through the hair from top to bottom.
