Previously, pole dancing was associated only with striptease. And it's good that those times are far behind.

Now everyone knows: pole-dance has nothing to do with stripping to music. It is a complex sport that they even want to include in the Olympic sports.

Now pole-dance is practiced not only by adults. More and more children are joining him. After all, it develops grace, artistry, endurance improves stretching. During tricks on the pole, all muscle groups are involved, and children are taken to classes from the age of five. But is it worth giving your child so early to training or is it better to wait until he grows up? Behind the scenes of the show "Children Against the Stars", Novy Kanal learned the opinion of Natalia Tatarintseva, a four-time world champion in pole-dance.

“Learning is easier for children than for adults,” she says. - They are easier to perform tricks, they do not have so many fears, kids do not worry about their bodies. I am very glad that this sport is getting younger every day, and that parents understand how cool it is to bring up a young sports generation. Because it's a cool sport. After a while, I can say that for me it is better than rhythmic gymnastics.
