Among the mothers who gave birth before the age of 22, there are many more women who did not plan to have a child, respectively, for some time they were under stress, deciding whether to leave the baby.
42% of women who gave birth to their first child between the ages of 15 and 18 had prenatal depression after conception. For women aged 19 to 22, this figure dropped to 36%.The experts drew attention to the fact that the horizons of children born to young mothers turned out to be rather narrow. 19.4% of them had problems communicating with their peers and teachers.
