What we need:
- double-sided color paper or special paper for quilling;
- scissors;
- PVA glue;
- White paper;
- for quilling tool.
Paper quilling you can make yourself. Take a two-sided colored paper and cut into neat strips of equal width of 5 mm.
Now screw the round parts of all colors, which are part of the rainbow.

Cut two clouds, and thin strips of white paper twist circles. Glue them to the clouds.

Now the clouds stick colorful rainbow.
