Baby food should be balanced in everything. You can't give your child only hot chocolate when he wants to warm up or drink something sweet. Modern parents have several recipes for healthy drinks for such a case! Olga Fandorina, a pastry chef, shares her options.

Sea buckthorn with tea, lemon and honey

2 tbsp. Stir spoons of tea in 800 ml of hot water with a handful of mint and a few cups of lemon. Leave for 10 minutes, then add 3 tbsp to the tincture. tablespoons of sea buckthorn and honey (to taste).

Tea can be served at the table by passing the drink through the full.

Cranberries and spices

Cut a small apple without a peel and core into pieces, pour it with the juice of a small lemon, together with 30 g. transfer cranberries to a teapot. Add the tea itself, ginger, cinnamon and thyme.

We insist the mixture in 500 ml of boiling water for 20 minutes, then filter.

Spicy pumpkin with cream

We take 400 g of pumpkin pulp, bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, make mashed potatoes from it using a blender.

Then mix the puree with water (250 ml) and sugar (150 g). Add cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep on fire for 15 minutes.

Separately, brew 500 ml of coffee with sugar, mix it with a spicy mixture and add 150 ml of milk (hot) to this.
