However, scientists argue that the lack of normal communication between parents and children, going beyond standard everyday issues, can disrupt physiological and mental development baby.

It is also worth remembering your own behavior. If you communicate with your child without taking your eyes off the gadget, and the smartphone is your constant companion, then the child will adopt this behavior and demand the same activity.

What should parents do?

1. Get used to the idea that gadgets will somehow be present in a child's life in a significant amount. The only question is at what age and for what purpose.

2. Give your child the maximum attention and tactile contact possible to maintain attachment.

3. Connect your imagination to find new games and activities for children that are not related to gadgets.

4. Limit the time of using gadgets. And this applies to the whole family. For example, make a rule for yourself not to pick up the phone at the table even after 7 pm.

5. Let the kids get bored. It is boredom that drives the child's learning to keep himself occupied and entertained. If this constantly falls on the shoulders of the parents, then the child simply does not know how to act otherwise than to demand the attention and involvement of adults.
