This food system is used by many movie stars and models, because there is, in fact, only one condition in it: 80% of your diet should be vegetables and fruits, and 20% - all the rest of the usual food.

That is, if you eat 3 times a day, then 2 meals should consist exclusively of vegetables and fruits, and one more at your discretion. It goes without saying that a portion in a "free" meal should be reasonable, not exceeding all the others in volume.

In the "free" meal, it is desirable to include as much protein as possible, so that the diet is complete.

What are the advantages of dieting?

Due to the fact that you eat mainly vegetables and fruits, you do not consume very much calories, but at the same time you do not go hungry, because their portions are not limited. With vegetables and fruits, your body gets a lot of fiber, which stimulates the intestines, gives lightness, removes excess fluid, and stimulates metabolism.

If you remember to get protein and the right fats in your "free" meals as well, then this diet can be followed indefinitely.

However, you should consult with your doctor about the possibility of switching to this type of diet if you have have gastrointestinal problems or any chronic illness if you are pregnant or have not reached 18th birthday.
