"She will bite my throat for me": Tonya Matvienko spoke about the incredible support of her mother

In an exclusive interview for "Ranku z Ukraine" on the "Ukraine" TV channel with the presenters Lilia Rebrik and Grigory German, the artists told how Nina Matvienko teaches her daughter to kiss Arsen Mirzoyan when he comes home from work, and how her mother reacted to Tonina's shocking hairstyles and pregnancy in 16.

Tonya Matvienko is a planned and desired child. At the time of her birth, the family already had two sons and was looking forward to her daughter. Tonya says that she never in her whole life remembers her mother angry or irritated - always with a smile, love and tender hugs. And even at school no one knew that Tonya was the daughter of a folk singer. The only thing that distinguished her from other children was the fashionable things brought by her mother from foreign tours. Mom supported Tonya in all her teenage actions. And then, when she dyed her hair red ...

“She came scared and looks at me:“ Mom, I dyed myself ”. I say: “What a beauty, daughter! How good you are "- I remember how happy she was",

And then, when at the age of 16 she started dating a guy who was 7 years older than her, she also supported. Tonya got pregnant at 16, when she was still in 10th grade. And the first one I told, of course, was my mother. And she was very happy! Only now Nina Mitrofanovna admits that then she experienced completely different emotions.

“It was such a shock for me! But I didn't show it. My husband and I reacted to this so as not to frighten her off ", - comments Nina Mitrofanovna.

They gave their daughter in marriage. And when the granddaughter appeared, my mother took over half of the household chores. She also supported her when, in 2006, Tonya decided to start singing again. And then, when, after 10 years of marriage, she decided to divorce.

Tonya Matvienko has been on stage for about 15 years. And although she has been performing solo for a long time, she is still accused, they say, all successes are her mother's merit. Nina Mitrofanovna is very worried about this.

“She is so direct that she can meet that person and say:“ Why did you say that to Tone? ” - laughing, told Tonya Matvienko in the program "Ranks with Ukraine". – I try to tell her less, because she will bite my throat for me, as they say. "

Nina Matvienko is also worried about her daughter's family happiness. In 2017, Tonya married singer Arsen Mirzoyan for the second time. Now mom often advises her to be more feminine, affectionate, kiss her husband more often when he returns home from work. Tonya has been taking mom's instructions with a smile for a long time. Especially after she became a mother for the second time. The youngest granddaughter was named Nina as a grandmother.

“This is my happiness, that I can kiss, and she gives in, sometimes she also substitutes her leg. I say: "My dumplings, these legs are like dumplings", - Nina Matvienko shared with a smile.

And next to the younger Nina, the older one seems to be returning to the time when she herself was the mother of the baby.
