Ingredients:

  • Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.,
  • Broccoli 200 g,
  • Asparagus to taste
  • Spinach 10 g,
  • Basil 10 g,
  • Dill to taste
  • Dutch cheese 200 g,
  • Eggs 4 pcs.,
  • Kefir 300 ml.

1. Boil the asparagus and broccoli in water for seven minutes. Cut the asparagus into pieces and divide the broccoli into inflorescences.

2. Cut the zucchini into rings, and cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into cubes.

3. Beat eggs with kefir, salt.

4. Grate the cheese and add 50% of the ingredient to the egg mixture.

5. Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil and spread the vegetables in a random pattern.

6. Fill them with egg-kefir sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

7. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
