How to prepare homemade ice cream sundae: simple and incredibly delicious!

1. In a saucepan pour the milk, put on fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil.

2. In another bowl, connect the egg yolks with sugar and rub well to lightening.

3. Then hot milk in a thin stream pour yolks, whisking continuously. Stir to dissolve the sugar.

4. Pour the ground in a saucepan, place over medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring the cream until slightly thickened. Make sure that the mass does not boil, otherwise the ice cream will smell like eggs.
