Winter potato salad for the whole family: two cooking options (recipe)

Potato salad is considered universal, making it at home for dinner is very easy, and tasting it is a pleasure.

Potato salad can be prepared in two ways, for example, using sunflower oil for dressing or mayonnaise.

If you chose mayonnaise, add some mustard to it.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1 kg,
  • Onions - 60 g,
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • Sugar - 2 tsp l.,
  • Oil - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • Ground red pepper - 1 tsp l.,
  • Black pepper and salt to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the potatoes and cook in their skins until tender.

2. We clean the potatoes, while it cools down, we make a pouring solution.

3. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt with 250 grams of water, bring to a boil.

4. Fill the potatoes with a solution, mix.

5. Cut the onion into thin circles, add oil and pepper, mix with potato salad.

6. We soak the salad for 2-3 hours before eating.
