Cooking method:
1. Wash the potatoes and cook in their skins until tender.

3. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt with 250 grams of water, bring to a boil.
4. Fill the potatoes with a solution, mix.5. Cut the onion into thin circles, add oil and pepper, mix with potato salad.
6. We soak the salad for 2-3 hours before eating.
