Instant vermicelli
These are fast carbohydrates that give instant satiety, besides there are many preservatives, which in the future can provoke the development of oncological diseases. And there is too much salt in the spices that come with such noodles.
Baton
A couple of white bread sandwiches is a familiar breakfast, familiar to everyone who has no time or laziness to cook. Only there is a minimum of fiber and a lot of carbohydrates. It is not conducive to gut health, but it does threaten bloating, excess weight, and cardiovascular disease. Again, satiety goes away very quickly.
Sausage
On sandwiches or in an omelet - it's better to forget about sausage altogether. There is a lot of fat, salt, preservatives in it, and it is made from such parts of animals that you would not just eat.
Sausage is a known carcinogen, it is better to replace it with meat, besides, it will not come out more expensive (if we talk about more or less high-quality sausage at average prices).
Muesli and cereal
It is a storehouse of sugar, flavorings and preservatives. If you like the idea of muesli, it's better to just boil the oatmeal, add dried fruit and some nuts. It will be more satisfying, cheaper and healthier.
Fruit juice from the package
There is a lot of sugar in packaged juice, it does not stand next to natural freshly squeezed juice, even if the packaging says that it contains only 100% juice. After all the processing, there is almost no fiber, no antioxidants, no vitamins left in it - only sugar, which will make you hungry in 10 minutes.Pancakes
If this is not a permanent breakfast option, then it is quite acceptable, because everyone wants to pamper themselves. Especially if you add not condensed milk or syrup to them, but fresh berries or fruits. But if you constantly eat breakfast pancakes, then the excess of sugar and flour will quickly make itself felt - this is excess weight, and skin problems, and mood swings, and jumps in blood sugar.
Yogurt with additives
Purchased fruit yogurt is all the same sugar, dyes, flavorings, preservatives, starch. It looks more like a dessert (and not natural) than a healthy breakfast. Natural yogurt without additives, in which you yourself add berries or fruits, can correct the situation.
