Apple cheesecake for kids: recipe step by step
Apple cheesecake is an analogue of the classic version, but with an admixture of a more regular and light composition.
This homemade dessert is perfect for toddleras it does not contain allergenic products.
Ingredients:
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- pack of vanillin
- jam
- 2 apples
Cooking method:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Then send the blank to the refrigerator.
- Mash the milk product with a fork.
- Place the eggs in a bowl that can be placed in a water bath.
- Then add sugar, vanilla and beat everything in a fluffy foam in a water bath.
- Add the egg mixture gradually to the curd. In this case, be sure to mix it well.
- Put the cooled dough in a thin crust on the bottom of the mold.
- Spread the jam in a thin layer over the dough.
- Place the curd mass on top.
- Put the apples in thin slices also on top of the curd.
- Sprinkle the mixture with cinnamon and sugar.
- We send a baking sheet with cheesecake to an oven preheated at 170-180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Diet cheesecake is ready.
