Just following a recipe is not always enough to get a good result.
So, what mistakes prevent good baking:
1. Kneading the dough for too long
If you overdo it with this process, the dough won't get better. On the contrary, it will be too dense. It is enough to knead the dough just until smooth, then it runs the risk of becoming "rubbery".
2. Sticky yeast dough
Yeast dough can be sticky if it is not kneaded well, not enough flour is added, or it is too acidic because it has been overexposed. In the latter case, a small amount of vegetable oil and sugar will help.
3. The dough has not risen
You can cover the pot with the yeast dough with a warm towel. If that doesn't help, add yeast or knead again. Also, do not open the oven while the baked goods are ready. To make the biscuit dough rise, you need to beat the eggs well for it.
4. The dough is not baked
If you use an electric oven, then choose a mode in which the heating goes both from above and from below. It is also worth turning on convection to evenly distribute the heated air.5. The baked goods are burning
If it burns from above or below, then you need to rearrange the baking sheet lower or higher accordingly. If one side burns, then turn the baking sheet 180 degrees halfway through the cooking time.
