What are the advantages of a diet for baby food:

What are the disadvantages of a diet for baby food:

  • children's vegetable and meat purees are simply not tasty for most adults
  • baby food in jars is not cheap
  • loss of strength and constant hunger is possible due to a sharp reduction in calorie intake
  • hunger has a high risk of losing your diet
  • the diet is contraindicated for pregnant women, lactating women, people after surgery, with significant physical and mental stress, with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.
It is worth noting that an economical diet on baby food will be no less effective: if your child does not eat from jars, and ordinary food, but puree - then eat the same and in about the same quantities (you can not whip puree). For example, the same curd in the morning, soup in the afternoon, a banana for a snack and milk porridge in the evening. The weight will definitely go away.

A sample diet menu for baby food for the day:

  • 1st breakfast: 1 box of curd, 1 jar of fruit puree, green tea
  • 2nd breakfast: either 1 curd or 1 jar of fruit puree
  • Lunch: 1 jar of meat or fish puree with vegetables, juice
  • Afternoon snack: 1 curd, tea, 2 baby biscuits, sugar-free tea
  • 1st dinner: 1 curd, 1 vegetable puree, 1 fruit puree, tea
  • 2nd dinner (if you are very hungry): 1 jar of vegetable puree, green tea.
